30-day Fit Guarantee

 

Custom Art offers a 30-day Fit Guarantee to ensure that your IEMs fit comfortably and retain a proper seal. In order to exercise the service, Custom Art requires that you notify its customer service within 30 days of receiving your IEMs.

 

If a fit adjustment is required, we would need the IEMs to be sent back for the shells to either be shaved down or built up in the specified problem areas. Custom Art may, at our discretion, rebuild your IEMs from scratch, in which case new impressions might be required.

 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your IEMs to our lab. Custom Art will cover the cost of shipping the refitted/rebuilt IEMs back to you.

 

In-Ear Monitors

 

Limited 1-year warranty

 

Custom Art offers a one-year limited warranty* on all current IEM models. Custom Art warrants all IEMs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of fulfillment. Custom Art will replace or repair the IEMs within warranty (subject to approval).

Any product found to be defective or damaged outside the warranty period can be repaired for a service fee (parts+labor). An estimate will be provided once our engineers have reviewed your product.

 

*For EU-members customers, Custom Art offers a two-year limited warranty on the IEMs.

 

Accessories

 

Custom Art also offers a one-year limited warranty on accessories such as carrying cases, ear tips, and cables to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Custom Art will replace any accessories within warranty.

 

Warranty does not cover the following cases:

  1. physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear;
  2. damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or service by an unauthorized third-party or person. Unauthorized third-party service and/or repair attempts may result in replacement at the cost of the customer;
  3. damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of Custom Art;
  4. any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of Custom Art;
  5. in the case of a broken shell, Custom Art offers a reshell service which has a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping.
